  • The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and the transmission of such data is entirely at your own risk.
  • We will keep the personal data for 2 years further to being provided with our services (from the last contact between you and PHS The healthcare People Ltd); unless you use the rights outlined in section 7 of our Privacy Policy.

  • Notably our professional advisers including our affiliated consultants and brokers who should have their own privacy policies which you should check. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies whatsoever as we have no control over them.
